Coaching Session
In a small group setting, students receive personalized coaching in crafting and delivering a compelling elevator pitch. This includes practicing through mock interviews based on pre-distributed job descriptions and prompts, allowing them to refine their responses and build confidence under realist interview conditions.
To ensure a productive coaching session, job descriptions and interview prompts are distributed to coaches one week prior to the workshop.
Q&A
The workshop features an interactive panel discussion with coaches. Students and the moderator will have the opportunity to ask a variety of questions. To ensure a focused discussion, moderator questions will be shared with you a week in advance.
